How to Get a Virgo Man Back - Tips For Getting Him to Fall For You Again

Loving a Virgo man is one of the most amazing experiences a woman can ever have. Virgo men are arguably the most devoted, loving and loyal partners there are. It's heartbreaking for a woman if her relationship with a man like this ends. She may spend weeks, months or even years trying to rekindle the romance. If you're wondering how to get a Virgo man back you need a very specific plan to make it happen. Trying to win back his love without fully understanding how to appeal to his heart and mind will typically result in you losing him forever. There are just a few small steps you need to follow that will ensure you get the second chance with your man that you adore.

Understanding how to get a Virgo man back starts with recognizing that men like this are very uncomfortable when faced with an overly emotional woman. It's hard not to show your emotions when you feel your one true love is slipping out of your life. You do have to make an effort to hold back your tears and not plead with him to take you back. If you can show him that you're mature enough to handle a difficult situation like this, he'll be impressed. Cry if you need to, but do it in private, away from him. When you're speaking with him or if you happen to run into him somewhere, put a smile on your face and remain calm and in control. This is essential if you stand any chance of winning back his love.

Establishing yourself as a trusted friend to him is a very good approach to take if you want to know how to get a Virgo man back. Men born under this sign take their time to fall in love and fall back in love. You need to stay connected with him and a friendship is the ideal way to do that. Mention to him that it would be nice to remain friendly and then hold to that. Don't mention your former romance and don't try to invite him out for dinner to talk things over. Call him up occasionally to see how he is. If he happens to ask about your current dating status, steer the conversation away from that without giving anything away. A little distance combined with friendship and kindness will go a long ways towards winning back your Virgo man's heart.

Haiti - Culture And Sports

CULTURE

Like Katherine Dunham, Lillian Hellman, W.B. Seabrook, Erik Leonard Ekman, Alejo Carpentier, Selden Rodman, Noel Coward and Angeline Jolie, many people say that Haiti is the most beautiful country in the Caribbean. Known as the "Magic Land", Haiti is famous for its culture. Certainly, Haiti its culture, its superstitions and its music. The superstitions or voodoo plays a profound role in the lives of many Haitians. The voodoo was introduced into Haiti in the late 16th Century. Haiti is also famous for its painting, and finally for its ruins...for example the Sans Souci Palace, the most famous ruins in the Caribbean. Exactly, this enigmatic palace is considered a Cultural Heritage for Humanity by UNESCO. Originally constructed by black slaves, now Sans Souci is one of Haiti's main tourist attractions.

Since the late 1940s, Haitian painting, best known as "naïve art" or "intuitive art", is famous all around the World. The most important figure was Hector Hyppolite. His work made its biggest splash in the United States in the 20th Century. Other artists known internationally include Rigaud Benoit, Castera Bazile, Joseph Jean-Giles and Jean-Baptista Bottlex.Haiti is famous for its traditional sculpture. The best Haitian sculptor is Albert Mangoes.

FAMOUS HAITIAN

Nelust Wyclef Jean (singer/Haitian-American): Original member of 1990s hip hop group The Fugees. Wyclef Jean is probably the most popular Haitian singer of all time. Jean was born in Croix des Bouquets (Haiti) on October 17, 1972. When he was just ten years old, he moved to the United States. Under leadership of Wyclef Jean and Lauryn Hill, The Fugees had several hits in the 1990s, including The Score (The Score album sold 6 million copies). Since 1997, Wyclef Jean, as soloist, became well-known on the international music scene. Like songwriter and producer, Jean collaborated with superstars as Santana, Withney Houston, Mick Jagger,Bono,Tevin Cambpell, Bounty Killer, Eric Benet, Sarah Connor, Claudette Ortiz, Tarkan, Michael Jackson, Youssou N´Dor, Shakira, Olga Tañon, Carlos Ponce and Julio Voltio. During the last seven years, he has sold more than 10 millions albums worldwide. In 2002, his single Masquerade was a great success.

Since then, Wyclef Jean is a man that always works with love for Haiti, one of the World's poorest countries. Recently, he makes perhaps his best work: "Yele Haiti", a foundation which works for the human development in the Island. Like Miriam Makeba in South Africa or Bianca Jagger in Nicaragua, Jean loves his roots. In an interview for Magazine, Wyclef Jean discussed about Haitian roots: "I am 100% Haitian. I am proud to be Haitian. I still have my Haitian passport. I represent Haiti in everything that I do. Every head in the industry knows that I am Haitian...they know what I'm about. I was Haitian forst. Haitian till die!", said Jean.

SPECIAL AWARDS

Gerthie David "The Black Goddess"

In 1975, many Haitian people were shocked to open their newspapers and see photographs of Gerthie David Miss Haiti in El Salvador. On the night of July 19th 1975, in San Salvador, Gerthie David, Miss Haiti, was the second black woman to first runner-up in the history of Miss Universe Pageant. After winning the Miss Haiti title, Gerthie went to San Salvador, the capital city of El Salvador, to enter the Miss Universe Contest. SPORTS

Like in Brazil or Italy, the football is the most popular sport in Haiti. Certainly, the national pastime is the football. A different of the Dominican Republic or Puerto Rico, the Haitian people don't like the baseball. In the 20th Century, football became the most popular sport in the Island, thanks to such heroes as Sylvio Cator, Joseph Gaetjens and Emmanuel Sanon. In 1974 Haiti qualified for the World Cup in Germany.

Emmanuel Sanon was one of the Haiti's most popular players and played at the 1974 World Cup. Sanon made a great contribution to Haitian football because he played in more World Cup qualifiers any other Haitian. He is still very popular with local fans. Other phenomenal talent was Joseph Eduard Gaetjens. He represented both Haiti and the United States. He made FIFA World Cup History: When scored United States opening goal in the 1950 World Cup against England. Joseph came to the United States in the 1940s to play in the American Soccer League. His beautiful play in the Brookhattan Club made in a national star. In 1953, he played for Haiti for the first time.

It's practically impossible to talk about Haitian athletes without mentioning Sylvio Cator. He is a legend in this sport. Cator won the silver medal in the long jump at 1928 Amsterdam Olympics. Cator returned home to a hero's welcome. From 1928 to 1930, he was record man in the long jump. Cator was a marvelous jumper and footballer. He also played an important role in popularizing football in the Island (it was the captain of Haitian National Team).

Since then, he is an example for young people in Haiti. He died in November 1938, but today the people of Haiti still think of him with respect. Many years after Cator's death, the National Stadium in Por-au-Prince was renamed in his honor. Cator was the first of the great Caribbean sportsmen that would come to dominate world track and field.

Mature Seduction - How to Seduce an Older Woman

Everyone is talking about the "cougar" - that infamous older woman who knows how to turn on the sex appeal and snag a much younger man. This is not a new phenomenon as women like Mrs. Robinson were well aware of the power of mature seduction in movies such as The Graduate. However, more and more men are learning the art of seducing older women. Just look at relationships like Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore or Tim Robbins who is 12 years younger than his partner Susan Sarandon. With a few simple steps, men can also learn the power of mature seduction.

If you want to seduce an older woman, you need to be able to appreciate what this type of partner has to offer. Instead of focusing on her age or her wrinkles, think about how much life experience she has to share, not to mention sexual experience. Too many men believe that only younger women make a good catch. Nothing could be further from the truth. The art of mature seduction involves recognizing and appreciating the maturity of older women. You won't find many 40 or 50 year old women running to the bathroom to discuss their date with a girlfriend. This can be quite a refreshing change for all the naive young men who still believe they have to find a young chick to be happy.

Another import aspect to mature seduction involves maintaining an air of class, sophistication and intelligence. Older women have probably suffered a lot of bad dates throughout their lifetime. Therefore, you need to turn up the charm even more when you are trying to seduce an older woman. "Cougars" aren't interested in horny little gum-chewing boys who can't maintain a decent conversation to save their life. They are looking for a gentleman who can discuss politics, world events and which type of wine will best accompany the dinner you are enjoying. The more intelligent and sophisticated you appear, the faster you will be able to take advantage of her sexual experience in the bedroom.

Mature Seduction - How to Seduce an Older Woman

You should also avoid "parading" or boasting about your attributes or possessions when trying to seduce an older woman. Many women are becoming more powerful and climbing the corporate ladder these days. So you can bet an older woman will soon lose interest when you start bragging to her about your flashy new car or countless sexual exploits. She will notice your expensive Porsche or designer suit on her own; you don't need to remind her of them. Instead, find a way to compliment an older woman about her own accomplishments. Masters of mature seduction know this is the key to winning over older women.

If you are a young guy who wants to seduce an older woman, take some tips from the pros. Learn to appreciate all the great qualities a mature woman who like old wine, offers you a potent taste of intelligence, class, and sophistication. Truly for the connoisseur who appreciates only the best in life.

Finally, here's one trick you must use - it's guaranteed to make a mature woman fall head over heels for you. Another technique heavily borrowed from the psychology field, it's called 'fractionation'. It's pretty simple - when you talk to an older woman, get her go through an 'emotional roller coaster' - ie by alternating between sad and happy states - and she will find herself get hopelessly attracted to you. It's really not as difficult as it sounds.

This technique is described in an easy, step-by-step system in the Deadly Seduction Manuscript http://www.DeadlySeduction.com

Fractionation is considered as a 'dark art' tactic which is the basis of hypnosis-based seduction, and while controversial, it is known to be one of the most effective tactics ever invented by underground seductionists. Apply it and winning an older woman over might just be one of the easiest things that you could do.

This is considered as a 'dark art' tactic which is the basis of hypnosis-based seduction, and while controversial, it is known to be one of the most effective tactics ever invented by underground seductionists. Apply it and winning an older woman over might just be one of the easiest things that you could do.

These psychology tactics are highly unconventional techniques that are used by the secret elite in the seduction community. Use at your own risk. I personally vouch for the effectiveness of these tactics, but care must be taken as they could be outright dangerous in the hands of the unscrupulous.

But if you're ready to get older women beg you for dates instead, then do this. Click here for an easy step-by-step system that will get you instant attraction to any older woman you meet, guaranteed, and for free.

Politics + Art

Artists are often very perceptive people - they create their works because of a necessity to express themselves, to show their feelings, opinions and reactions, to express their hopes. And since politics is everywhere in our life, often it is one of the things that artists are reacting to in some way.

Here we are not going to speak about how art can be used in politics. The aim of this article is to show how art can influence politics, how art can help people to discuss what is right and what is wrong, and even how art gives us an opportunity to remember our old significant mistakes, so we does not repeat them again.

The idea of how politics can influence art and vice-versa can be illustrated by the history of one painting, "Guernica" by Pablo Picasso. It was created by the famous artist in 1937 to the order of the Spanish Republican government and is dedicated to the bombing of Guernica (an aerial attack on the Basque town of Guernica by the German military unit Condor Legion in the period of the Spanish Civil War).

Politics + Art

In this painting Picasso rejected realism, he drew only what he considered to be essential things, and he relied on the associative relations of viewers, so that we can experience the tragedy of these people. In the beginning "Guernica" wasn't highly esteemed, but later it came to be held in high regard and Dolores Ibarruri, a Spanish Republican, said that even if Picasso hadn't drawn anything except "Guernica" during his life, he would still have been one of the best painters of the period.

A copy of this painting was displayed in the United Nations building in New York City from 1985. In 2003, when discussions regarding the preparations for the Iraq war were ongoing, the painting was veiled with a blue curtain. The official statement was that the painting made a bad background for the diplomats' press conferences, and the UN-spokesperson said "We had a problem with, you know, the horse." In 2009 the painting was moved to a gallery in London.

Although "Guernica" can`t say a word, nevertheless it seems that we can hear bomb explosions and high-pitch cry through it, we can feel all its horror and hopelessness. This painting shows that art is not only a matter of a canvas with paint on it, but rather an expression of live history. It was drawn under the influence of political events, and now it influences politics. It forces politicians to think, to understand all the effects that can cause their decision. In this way, art has the ability to influence politics, just as it is influenced by it in its turn.

Will Obama Be Re-Elected in 2012? - Assessing the Odds Of a 2nd Term

Many people are asking will Obama be re-elected in 2012? This is going to be a hotly contested topic until the 2012 elections. Many liberals love the work he has done in the country over the last few years, but many moderates and independents no longer support Obama. Many Republicans think that Obama is unbeatable in 2012, but many hard-core conservatives can't wait to defeat him in 2012. There are a variety of arguments on the topic, and none of the polls are going to give us a completely accurate picture of the likely 2012 Presidential results.

Will Obama be re-elected in 2012? There are valid arguments on both sides of the equation.

Barak Obama Will Be Re-Elected in 2012 He is the incumbent candidate for President. History shows us that the incumbent President has a huge advantage in most elections. George H. W. Bush is the last incumbent to be beat in an election, and Jimmy Carter was defeated in 1980. Gerald Ford was defeated in 1976, but he was never elected to the presidency. Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton and George W Bush were all able to get reelected.
He is a great public speaker. When Obama is prepared, he is able to capture the attention of the audience. He may not have all the glamour he had in 2008, but he can still stir the emotions of the audience.
He has tremendous financial backing. It is estimated that President Obama could raise billion dollars in the 2012 campaign. He will be able to advertise his message wherever he wants in 2012. Will Obama be re-elected in 2012?

Will Obama Be Re-Elected in 2012? - Assessing the Odds Of a 2nd Term

Barak Obama Will Be Defeated In 2012 Unemployment is still very high. Many other businesses have been negatively affected since the economic collapse of 2008. With the continued struggles in the United States economy, the President will have to accept some of the blame. By 2012, most people are not going to accept excuses about his predecessor being responsible for today's economy.
He is losing support among many key demographics. Women, independents, and even some liberals do not support him like they did in 2008. It seems that Obama is not going to get the same support he got in 2008.
Rising energy prices and inflation could derail his reelection bid. There are not any signs that the economy is getting much better. Gas prices are still high, and inflation continues to tick upwards. If gas prices continue going up between now and the elections 2012, it will make his reelection bid much more difficult. It appears that gas prices are not going to fall anytime soon, and people are not happy with his policies on the moratorium on drilling in the Gulf of Mexico.

Will Obama be re-elected in 2012? It is too early to say at the time of this writing. The economy is probably the biggest issue that will influence whether he is re-elected in 2012. If the economy is improving in late 2012, he may be re-elected, but a souring economy could kick him out of the White House after 2012.

Ten Commandments of Intercultural Communication

More and more companies around the world are hopping national borders to conduct business. Regardless of the organization you join, you are likely to be dealing with people who come from various national, religious, and ethnic backgrounds. Communicating across language and cultural barriers at home will also challenge your skills. Without leaving your own country, you're likely to come into contact with people from a variety of backgrounds who work in your company, industry, and community.

Communicating with people from other cultures can be challenging. At the same time, your ability to foster successful communication between people of differing cultures will bolster your success in business and career. To overcome cultural barriers to effective communication, you must first learn what culture actually means. Culture is a shared system of symbols, beliefs, attitudes, values, expectations, and norms for behavior.
Subcultures, in turn, are distinct groups that exist within a major culture.

Cultures differ in several ways that affect communication:

Ten Commandments of Intercultural Communication

• Stability: conditions in the culture may be stable or may be changing either slowly or rapidly;

• Complexity: cultures vary in the accessibility of information.

• Composition: some cultures are made up of many diverse subcultures and generally, the fewer the subcultures in a person's background, the easier it is to communicate, because you have fewer potential differences to consider;

• Acceptance: cultures carry in their attitudes toward outsiders, some are openly hostile, some maintain a detached aloofness, and others are friendly, and cooperative toward strangers.

By bridging these differences, you can successfully achieve intercultural communication. However, the four elements of culture are very general in nature. They don't say much about how to communicate with persons from other cultures. Here are the so called ten commandments of intercultural communication.

I. Be aware of differing social values;

II. Be aware of differing status symbols and how to demonstrate them;

III. Be aware of decision making customs: not all people like to make decisions quickly and efficiently;

IV. Be aware of concepts of time: not all people like to see time as money;

V. Be aware of personal space: people from different cultures have different 'comfort zones';

VI. Be aware of cultural context: people from certain cultures (called 'high-context cultures) rely less on verbal communication and more on the context of nonverbal actions and environmental settings to convey meaning. People from low-context cultures like the USA rely more on verbal communication and less on circumstances and implied meaning to convey meaning;

VII. Be aware of body language: learn the basic differences in the way people supplement their words with body movement;

VIII. Be aware of different etiquette rules or manners: what is polite in one culture may be considered rude in another;

IX. Be aware of legal and ethical behavior;

X. Be aware of language barriers: English is the most prevalent language in international business, but it's a mistake to assume that everyone understands it.

Learning as much as possible about another culture will enhance your ability to communicate with its members. Read books and articles about the culture and talk to people who have done business with that culture's members. Concentrate on learning something about the culture's history, religion, politics, values, and customs. Find out about a country's subcultures, especially its business subculture, and any special rules of protocol.

Here are some tips when communication interculturally

• Take responsibility for communication

• Withhold judgments

• Show respect

• Empathize

• Tolerate ambiguity

• Look beyond the superficial

• Be patient and persistent

• Recognize your own cultural biases

• Be flexible

• Emphasize common ground

• Send clear messages

• Increase your cultural sensitivity

• Deal with the individual

• Learn when to be direct

The Moderate - Key Political Views

In the world of politics, people who describe themselves as moderate share in common a handful of fundamental beliefs. These people are united not around a party or organization but around a certain worldview. In this article I am going to tell you the most important things you need to know about what defines a moderate.

Oxford dictionary describes a moderate as an "individual who is not extreme, partisan or radical". People often use centrist as a synonym with the term but it should not be used interchangeably. Moderates can be centrists, but they can also be classified either as center-left or center-right on the classic political spectrum. There is a significant degree of flexibility when it comes to party choice for these individuals as they have very pragmatic tendencies when it comes to voting.

There are, nevertheless, a select few beliefs and characteristics that ties every political moderate together. They are listed as follows:

The Moderate - Key Political Views

Common Sense and Reason

A moderate's thinking about political issues is founded on the premise that they think with their heads. Meaning, they try to not let their emotions get in the way of making decisions on often difficult and complex issues. They understand the various implications both positive and negative that could arise from taking one position or another on a given topic. Thus, moderates try to vote as rationally as they can. Moderates weigh the importance of one thing versus the other and decide which one is truly more crucial and will be more beneficial to the society in which they live. They also have a tendency to vote pragmatically or "strategically" when the occasion warrants such behavior. The moderate despises irrationality, which leads me to the next section.

Belief in Science

I strongly and personally believe that a belief in science is absolutely essential to the identity of a moderate. To discredit the basics of science is to exhibit an utter disregard for reason and rationality. In most western countries this is not an issue like it is in the United States of America. Statistics from polls that ask Americans about their beliefs in science and evolution are absolutely disheartening to the average person of sanity. After having a president for the last eight years that disrespected and misunderstood science, the numbers should not come as a shock. Regardless of whether one votes as a moderate conservative or moderate liberal, a belief in science is imperative to being able to justly hold the 'm' word in their title.

Middle-of-the-Road Politics

Moderates often describe themselves as "independents", not affiliating themselves with any specific political party. However, they can favor one party over the other, hence the terms moderate Democrats and moderate Republicans. When moderates' party of choice starts to move too far to the left or the right, they can become uneasy. Candidates who take far left or right ideological positions are not appealing to average moderate voters. When the media reports that independents decide elections in places like the United States and Canada, what they are really saying is that moderates decide those elections. In the U.S., the last two Democratic Presidents were moderates, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama. George W. Bush campaigned as a moderate with the slogan "compassionate conservatism" but governed mostly as an ideologue. In Canada, the Liberal party of Canada defines itself as a centrist/moderate party and dominated Canadian politics for most of the last 100 years. These kinds of parties are most attractive to moderates.

I believe that these three aspects best describe what a moderate is and what he or she believes in. In the world of politics, moderates know how to work together and how to get things done.
